Trebond is a fief in the Northern Grimhold Mountains. Alanna and Thom both lived there with their Father along with Coram Smythesson. Maude a healer in the village taught the twins magic.
When Lord Alan of Trebond died Thom became the Lord for a few years until his untimely death in Jon's Coronation Day Battle. When Alanna married the fief was passed onto Coram and his wife Rispah where they now live with their 10 children, Jonthair, Alinna, Thomsen, Mylec, Daran, Liam, Thayine, Rose, Elenna, and Buran—6 boys and 4 girls.
