Template:Family infoboxTrebond is a fief in the Northern Grimhold Mountains, as well as an old noble family. In the third century of the Human Era the House of Trebond was already rich[1] and one of the most powerful families in the realm[2]. Lionel of Trebond was a notable member of the family in that time, being the Deputy Provost for Port Caynn from 242 HE until 247 HE.
Alanna and Thom both members of House Trebond and born and raised in the fief, while their father was still the baron. The twins were mainly taught by Coram Smythesson--in fighting--and Maude Tanner--in magic. When Lord Alan of Trebond died Thom became the Baron for a few years until his untimely death in Jon's Coronation Day Battle.
When Alanna married the fief was passed onto Coram and his wife Rispah where they now live with their 10 children, Jonthair, Alinna, Thomsen, Mylec, Daran, Liam, Thayine, Rose, Elenna, and Buran[3]. During the Scanran War Trebond served as a supply depot, also housing soldiers passing through, and hospital[4].
Alanna once mentioned that Trebond was often involved in fighting of Scanran bandits in her youth, suggesting that it was a border fief. However, the border must have changed by the time the Scanran War broke out, because Trebond isn't listed as a border fief anymore in the maps.
