Tait Randson (pronounced TAYT RAHND-suhn) was the huntsman at Dunlath. He had several wolfhounds who help him do his work, chief among them Prettyfoot. Tait had spoken for the animals of the valley to the nobles of Dunlath but to no avail. They wouldn't even listen to his arguments that the mining in the valley drove the wild animals away. Tait had been hunting the wolves in the valley and had noticed that they behaved oddly, discovering his traps and turning them against him. He eventually took the side of Veralidaine Sarrasri and the wolf pack in working against his lord and lady.
