Roger II of Conté was the king of Tortall in Rebakah Cooper's time. He had at least one brother, Prince Baird[1]. Roger's first wife was Alysy of Conté, but after her tragic death, he remarried in 245 HE. Queen Jessamine of Conté was his second wife and mother of his heir, who was born in 246 HE.
He was mentioned in Terrier as well as in Bloodhound and may even make an appearance in Mastiff.
