Qovold Engan (pronounced KWOE-vohld EHN-gahn) is a member of the luarin nobility of the Copper Isles and holds the title of Baron.

Biography

Prior to 463 HE

Prior to the exile of the Balitang family, Baron Engan was good friends with Dovasary Balitang. The young girl was fascinated with his telescopes and knowledge and they chatted about scholar work.

Return of the exiles

Baron Engan made the mistake of mentioning a lunar eclipse to Princess Imajane and Prince Rubinyan, which meant that the Great Mother Goddess would be turning away from her followers and leaving them vulnerable. The prince and princess regents were clearly very unhappy with this, and Baron Engan was forced to march more to their tune to prevent himself from being made an Example on the harbourmouth.
