Outwalls Prison is the place where prisoners are sent when the kennel prisons are full.[1] Supposedly the prisoners are also sent there once they have been tried by the magistrate, at least until they are sent to the workfarms or executed. It is also the jail for serving long-term sentences[2]. It seems to be situated on the outskirts of Corus.

On May 11, 246 HE the riot following the solving of the Opal Murders case caused the Jane Street kennel cages to be full, thus many of the rioters were sent to Outwalls Prison.
