Osabo Netmender, nicknamed Osa, is a friend of Pasco Acalon. He invited Pasco to the beach to dance luck into the nets of his father and the rest of the fleet. This is where Sandry met Pasco for the first time and discovered his magic. He lives in the fishing village between Summersea and Winding Circle.
