Mesaraz Avevin Tasikhe was the Emperor of Carthak during the 430s HE and perhaps earlier. The emperor was the older brother of Prince Apodan, as well as a slew of other brothers. Although Mesaraz was a previous emperor before his nephew, Ozorne, it is unknown if Ozorne directly succeeded him or if there was another emperor between their two reigns.[2]
