Template:Stub Fief Meron consists of the whole of the Great Southern Desert. Thus the fief only exists since the former nation of Barzun has been conquered by Tortallan forces in 378 HE[1]. Previous to this a fire opal mine could be found in this area. In 431 HE Martin of Meron is the fief's lord, presumably his son Geoffrey of Meron succeded him to the post.
