Kaddar Iliniat is the Emperor of Carthak. He came to the throne after his uncle, the Emperor Mage Ozorne Muhassin Tasikhe, was turned into a Stormwing. During that time when the Tortallan delegation was visiting at the end of Ozorne's realm he became friends with Veralidaine Sarrasri. As of Trickster's Choice, he is married to Kalasin of Conte with one son so far.
