Elzie was a young girl and resident of Port Caynn in the third century of the Human Era. She was a member of the Court of the Rogue and used by Pearl Skinner to switch chosen people's purses for red ones full of false silver.

Shortly after her arrival in Port CaynnRebakah Cooper noticed Elzie at her work and tried to stop her. Although Elzie was successful in switching the purses and got away, Pearl beat her for being noticed[1].

She only appears as a minor character in Bloodhound.
