Capchen (pronounced KAP-chen) is a kingdom in the Circle Universe.

Geography

Location and political borders

Capchen is located on the Pebbled Sea, which makes up its southern border. It borders Anderran to the east, Olart to the northeast, and Namorn to the north.

Climate

Capchen is assumed to have a similar climate to that of Emelan, but it may be a bit cooler.

Landforms and bodies of water

Capchen has several rivers, and as the map cuts off anything we may see to the west, there may be more there. Capchen has several forests near the Olart border.

Capchen is a mercantilist society. Traders are common there, and merchant families such as House Chandler are very economically powerful.

Religion

Like many countries surrounding the Pebbled Sea, Capchenites mostly worship the pantheon of the Living Circle. The Stone Circle temple, where Valden Chandler and Darra Chandler sent Trisana, is located in Ninver, the capital.

Language

They speak the language known as Common or Imperial, because of the Kurchal Empire.
