Afra was a young woman living in Carthak during the 5th Century HE. She had an unusual two-colored Gift that didn't appear until she was a teenager. Afra was homeless and scavenging for food for her son, Uday, and herself, when Kitten happened upon her one day. She was hiding out in a cave under the protection of a sleeping opal dragon.[1]
